We schedule sync meetings during overlap hours. For async work, we use Slack, email, and async video updates. For critical decisions, we ensure real-time overlap. Most teams work with our Gurugram or US office (3–8 hour overlap).

We're flexible. We can work from your MSA, ours, or a hybrid. Legal review and negotiation typically takes 2–3 weeks. To move faster, we often propose a simple SOW under our standard terms while legal reviews long-term agreements.

Absolutely. Many clients are in exploration mode. We offer 'advisory' engagements (20–40 hours/month, 3–6 months) to help you clarify strategy, evaluate options, and build a roadmap. No pressure to move into a full project.

We embed accountability: clear success metrics, weekly status updates, executive steering committees, risk mitigation planning, and post-launch support. We stay engaged until you're truly successful.

We want happy clients. If you're not satisfied at any point, tell us. We'll address concerns immediately. Our contracts include exit clauses if we fundamentally fail to deliver.

We don't offer unpaid pilots. However, discovery engagements ($5K–$15K, 2–4 weeks) are low-cost ways to validate fit, assess scope, and build confidence before committing to a larger project.
