When I started NexaCore in 2019, I'd just completed my 10th year leading cloud transformations at a top-tier consulting firm. I'd seen it all: $100M+ migrations that went sideways, brilliant engineers hamstrung by poor processes, startups that built amazing products but couldn't scale operations. I saw a pattern: the difference between success and failure wasn't technical complexity. It was partnership, accountability, and obsession with outcomes.
I left to start NexaCore with a simple thesis: enterprises don't need another vendor. They need partners who understand their business, take ownership of results, and execute with precision. We built the company around that belief. Every engineer is empowered as a problem-solver, not a code-monkey. Every project has a clear business outcome, not just a delivery date. Every client relationship is built on transparency.
Five years later, we've grown to 250+ people across Gurugram, the US, UK, and Australia. We've partnered with 50+ enterprise clients. But our mission hasn't changed: help enterprises build technology that endures. I'm more convinced than ever that this is the right bet.

Vikram Singh founded NexaCore with a mission to redefine enterprise technology partnerships. First office in Gurugram. First 5 employees — all senior engineers from Tier-1 consulting firms.

Landed 8 enterprise clients (including 1 Fortune 500 company). Pivoted to remote-first delivery model to serve global clients. Grew to 30 employees.
Opened US office (Austin, Texas) to serve North American clients. Expanded to Europe (London). Reached 100 employees. Hit $40M revenue run-rate.
